Sat, Nov 8th Food Box PICK-UPs

Today we had 50 Food Boxes made for some of the people that texted Thursday. Since we never know what we are going to get from our donors we try to disperse what we have. Sometimes we get meat sometimes we get 5 cases of bananas we NEVER know. We just are grateful our donors are able to supply us to assist others. We thank Whole Foods Midtown and Birmingham, Target, Seasons Market, KFC, Food Rescue US - Detroit , & Ms Jones for ALL the donations. Yes, it was tons of bread very lil meat and lots of pastries, not much veggies or fruit. We also tried reaching out to more new families and had over 8 NO SHOWS. Not really understanding why someone would ask to be on the list for a Food Box and NOT SHOW. But, we were able to still give them out. We are going to assist people as well as we can.
